we are looking for professional contractor who has no less than 8 years of experience in construction field To build a private villa with an area of 800 square meters in the suburbs of Dubai, under the following conditions :
1- 8 years experience in villas and palace construction field
2- the contractors must have complete pervious success projects in Dubai city
3- the contractor must be qualified and have all the necessary certificate and licences
4- flexibility in providing price quotes with and without materials
5- The ability to adhere to deadlines and schedules, and to bear risks and penalties.
6- Flexibility in payment plan
7- Adherence to safety and security rules
